Wholesale honey for Perth

Honey's got more personality than you think.

Mallee, Red Gum and Blackbutt are Western Australian honeys, each from a different tree, and each tastes different. Our first Perth partners use them in 2kg pump bottles. Ask about samples and we'll help you pick one for your menu.

Did you know? The flowers bees visit help shape the colour, aroma and flavour of honey.

Three honeys, from mild to bold

Mallee is the gentle one, Red Gum sits in the middle and Blackbutt has the most edge. Choose by what it's going into.

Light and easy

Mallee

Butterscotch, a bit of fruit and a gentle floral edge. The easy-going one, at home in tea, on yoghurt and at breakfast.

Rich and warm

Red Gum

Caramel, toffee and a malty finish. It sits between the other two and loves a cheese board, a tray of roast vegetables or a bake.

Bold and deep

Blackbutt

Molasses, toffee and bitter cacao. The boldest of the three, with enough backbone for rich drinks, savoury glazes and hearty baking.
